At Far West Meat, we guarantee the quality and grade of all of our beef, pork, and chicken items offered for sale. Your satisfaction is top of mind for us because we want you have an enjoyable eating experience. When you see the Far West Meat logo you can be assured of the quality and consistency of our meat.

 Products will arrive frozen; however, weather and delivery delays may result in your product becoming partially thawed while in transit. Meat that arrives thawed but still cold can be re-frozen or refrigerated and cooked within 3-5 days. 

 

Please contact us at 909-864-1990 (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific Standard time) if you have questions or concerns. Please note: Far West Meat is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address. Customers are required to provide complete and accurate shipping information in order for Far West Meat to guarantee delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

 Important points to remember:

  • All shipments require a street address – No PO boxes.
  • Far West Meat is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Double check all addresses.
  • Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed.
  • Products ship Monday through Friday each week with next day or 2-day delivery. 
  • Orders placed after 12 p.m. on Thursday's will typically be shipped the following Monday.

 

ORDER TRACKING

We ship via GLS and FedEx. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number on the day your package ships.
